I am Ash. U.S. Air Force veteran, personnel operations, and I have been doing creative work since 2006. The Agency is a small California studio that plugs into public sector teams as a subcontractor, not a prime.

subcontractor. i join prime teams and agency vendor pools for the creative, outreach, web, and communications scope. that keeps my overhead low and keeps your prime relationship simple. I do not bid as prime on construction or staffing work.
what certifications do you hold?
the studio is veteran owned and woman led, registered on SAM.gov and Cal eProcure, and DVBE certification ready for California state work. I can supply a capability statement, W-9, and insurance certificates the same day you ask.
can you help me meet DVBE or small business participation goals?
yes. that is the most common reason primes bring me in. i cover the creative and communications line items on your bid so your participation percentage is actual work, not a paper pass through.
do you build Section 508 accessible websites for public agencies?
yes. every public facing site I deliver is built to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 expectations, tested with keyboard and screen reader, and delivered with an accessibility statement you can file.
