when should a small business start holiday marketing?

about 60 days before your biggest sales week. for most shops that means mid september to early october.

what is a brand audit?

a quick review of how your business looks everywhere a customer finds you: google, your website, social and print. it shows what is outdated, inconsistent or missing.

do i need paid ads for the holidays?

not always. a complete google profile, good photos and a small email list often outperform rushed ads for local shops.
